Our Program Year begins the second week in September, and runs through the end of May. Tuition is calculated per child, on an annual basis, determined by the number of days per week your child attends our programs.
Our Day Program will runs three days a week (on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) while Intermediate Program and Teen Program run two days a week (on Tuesday and Thursday).
First Child
One Day: $1,870 / year
Two Days: $3,400 / year
Three Days: $4,930 / year
Each Additional Child
One Day: $1,815 / year
Two Days: $3,290 / year

Our focus is to make our programming accessible to all families in this community.
It is our goal to support this community by offering our homeschooling programs in a way that balances sustainability with affordability.
We partner with longstanding anchors of the neighborhood, like the Awbury Arboretum, to sustainably share space and pool resources. Most of our supplies are donated or are culled inexpensively from thrift stores or garage sales. We operate this way because we believe it is important in order to keep our costs as low as possible while maintaining an outstanding staff.
Registration Deposit
We require a $100 non-refundable Registration Deposit with your registration. This deposit will be 100% applied to your tuition.
Installment Plans
We want to make tuition payments flexible and easy for every family. These plans seem to work for most families. You can choose whatever works for you.
Pay In Full
This plan includes 1 payment, sent to you when you register.
This play is best for those families who would like to get the tuition out of the way all at once.
Installment Plan 1
This plan includes approximately 12 installments, beginning in June before the Program Year begins.
This plan is best for those families who would like a lower amount due each month.
Installment Plan 2
This plan includes approximately 9 installments, beginning in September of the Program Year.
This plan is best for those families who would like to avoid any tuition bills over the Summer.
Discounts
We have offered these discounts year after year to help ease the tuition burden as much as we can. Discounts can be combined!
Multi-Day Discounts
A discount is applied to the annual tuition for each additional day your child is enrolled.
This discount is applied to the rates published above.
Sibling Discounts
A discount is applied to the annual tuition for each additional child from your household.
This discount is applied to the rates published above.
Early-Bird Discounts
A 5% discount is applied when you pay your full annual tuition prior to June 15th of the Program Year.

Financial Aid
Talking Stick has a limited amount of financial aid available, funded mostly through the community. We base our decisions on a case-by-case basis after considering several factors, including household income. You can apply for financial aid at the time of your registration.
Making Payments
Invoices will be sent via email around the first of the month, and payments can be made online using any major credit card or by mailing a check to Talking Stick Learning Center, PO Box 4632, Philadelphia, PA 19127.
Admissions
We maintain a rolling admission process, which means that we accept new families at any time during the year; tuition is always prorated based on your actual start date.
